The role

There are currently fewer than 200 qualified advisers under the age of 25 in the UK. We see that as both a challenge and an opportunity.

As an Associate at Porta Partners, our long-term aim is clear: to support and train you to become a fully qualified Financial Adviser.

You’ll join our close-knit London-based team and learn high-level financial planning from the ground up.

You’ll be exposed to real client work, real conversations, and real decision-making from day one – not just admin and box-ticking.
