I was drawn to financial planning because I wanted a career that combines analytical thinking with human relationships. What appealed to me about Porta was the team’s genuine passion for helping clients, the transparent, no-BS approach and the opportunity to learn from experienced advisers in a supportive environment.

I’m now starting to translate the complex financial concepts I learnt at university into real-life problem solving, while developing my technical knowledge through research and analysis. I’m also learning about compliance, supporting client communications and building as much knowledge as I can about the industry and the people we work with.

As I develop my career, I’m excited by the opportunity to build relationships with clients at a similar stage of life to me and, over time, support them and their families through different stages of their lives. I want to become an adviser who can make complex things simple and interesting, and who clients genuinely trust and look forward to speaking with.

I’m naturally curious and ask lots of questions, and I like approaching complex problems methodically and logically.

Friends say I make people feel welcome and heard, and I’m patient when it comes to explaining complicated things in an easy-to-understand way.

I joined Porta as an Associate in July 2026 after studying Accounting and Financial Management at the University of Sheffield.

Outside work, I enjoy playing tennis and padel, and having BBQs with friends and family.
